The fragrance opens with a sharp, spirited burst of Peppery Rose and a distinct Gin note, giving it a chilled, alcoholic sparkle. Unlike most rose scents, this rose is “masculine”—it’s spicy and translucent. As it settles, a Leathery Wood accord emerges, providing a dry, almost animalic base that feels like an expensive leather jacket worn over a tuxedo. The dry down is salty and woody, thanks to a heavy dose of Ambroxan. It is a light-wearing but high-impact fragrance for those who like their florals with a “bite.”
