Baroque Rouge Extrait is an “inspired-by” version of the prestigious Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. While the standard Baroque Rouge (EDP) is airy and transparent, the Extrait version is denser, richer, and features a prominent “bitter almond” note that gives it more weight and warmth.

The presentation mimics the original luxury counterpart with a deep red glass bottle and gold accents, intended to look prestigious on a vanity.
The fragrance is designed for those who want the “BR540” DNA but with more “oomph.” It opens with the signature Saffron and Jasmine, but is immediately joined by a creamy, slightly nutty Bitter Almond note. This addition makes the scent feel “thicker” and less “medicinal” than the EDP. The heart and base are dominated by Ambergris and Musk, creating a powerful, sweet-salty trail that clings to skin and clothes. The woody dry down of Cedar and Amberwood is more pronounced here, providing better longevity and a more “mature” feel than the lighter version.
