Scandal Eau de Parfum

Launched in 2017, Scandal was designed to represent the two faces of the Gaultier woman: the elegant professional by day and the wild, scandalous party-goer by night. The bottle is one of the most famous in modern perfumery, featuring a pink-tinted glass flacon topped with a cap shaped like a pair of iconic female legs pointing toward the sky.

The scent is an “overdose” of pleasure. It opens with a bright, tart Blood Orange and Mandarin, but quickly transitions into a heart of creamy Gardenia and Jasmine. However, the real star is the Honey note, which is thick, sweet, and sticky—almost like a dessert. The base of Patchouli, Beeswax, and Caramel provides a dark, earthy contrast that keeps the sweetness from becoming too “childish,” giving it a sophisticated, sensual, and long-lasting finish.
