Rose Kabuki Eau de Parfum

Inspired by the Japanese aesthetic of purity and minimalism, Rose Kabuki is a “tender” rose. It doesn’t have the thorns of La Colle Noire or the dew of Rose Gipsy. Instead, it feels like a silk veil.

The fragrance opens with a very soft, airy Green note that quickly moves into a heart of Damask Rose. The rose here is silken and light. The base is dominated by a heavy dose of White Musk and a “powdery” accord that mimics the smell of fine cosmetic powder. There is no wood or spice to weigh it down; it remains high-pitched, clean, and crystalline from start to finish. It is often described as smelling like “expensive rose soap” or “a cloud of rose petals.” It has moderate longevity but creates a beautiful, intimate aura around the wearer.
