The Alchemist’s Garden Winter’s Spring Eau de Parfum

Created by master perfumer Alberto Morillas, Winter’s Spring is inspired by the first sign of life at the end of a cold season. The bottle is a stunning example of the “Alchemist” aesthetic: a heavy, white lacquered glass flacon featuring gold lettering and an illustration of a squirrel, symbolizing the energy of nature waking up.

The fragrance is a masterclass in delicacy. It focuses on the Mimosa flower, which is famous for its bright yellow, pom-pom-like appearance and its unique scent—powdery, honeyed, and slightly green. To keep the floral from becoming too heavy, Morillas added Pepper in the opening, providing a sharp, “sparkling” texture that mimics cold spring air. The dry down is a clean, comforting Musk, giving the perfume a “second-skin” quality that is both elegant and understated. It is a light, airy, and sophisticated scent that is perfect for those who want to smell expensive but approachable.
