Amouage Guidance Eau De Parfum

Released in 2023 as part of the Odyssey Collection, Guidance was composed by master perfumer Quentin Bisch. It is a complex, award-winning creation that completely reinterprets the traditional Amouage “triad” of rose, frankincense, and ambergris. The scent is inspired by the metaphor of an ivory tower and a lush garden, aiming to evoke a sense of inner peace and sophisticated femininity. It opens with a unique, creamy “hazelnut milk” and juicy pear accord that feels both gourmand and airy. As it settles, the heart reveals a velvety blend of osmanthus (with its distinct apricot nuance) and spicy saffron. The dry down is legendary for its “nuclear” longevity and projection, characterized by a potent mix of woody Akigalawood and skin-like sandalwood that leaves a mesmerizing, long-lasting trail.
